  • Photo Add‑Ons: If you want a photo added, email it to geminirosekreations@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • 🚫 No designer charms are used by default. All embellishments are chosen strictly to match your color scheme, theme, and aesthetic.

  • ✨ Designer‑inspired charms may be included ONLY at my discretion if they naturally fit the aesthetic you selected.

  • 💌 If you want a specific designer‑inspired charm added, please request it directly so I can confirm if it fits the design.

✨ Processing & Shipping Time

  • 🕒 Processing Time: Custom cases take 7–10 business days to create. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, specific design requests, and inventory availability. If there are any issues or delays, I will contact you directly.

  • 📦 Shipping Time: All orders ship via USPS. After your case is completed, please allow 1–2 business days for it to be dropped off to USPS. Once USPS has possession of your package, we are not responsible for:

    • Delivery delays

    • Lost packages

    • Stolen packages

    If any issues occur after USPS receives your item, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim, but I will always help guide you as much as I can.
