Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any item customized with names, colors, themes, charms, photos, or design requests.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom phone cases

  • Personalized junk cases

  • Customized apparel or accessories

  • Items with buyer-selected colors, themes, or add-ons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or we made an error in customization, please contact us ASAP at geminirosekretions@gmail.com so we can determine the correct solution. Be sure to reach out within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
