Shipping policy

We ship through USPS, and their delivery times may differ from our processing times. Once USPS has your package, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items.

If you do not receive your package or it is lost or stolen, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim. We do not control how USPS handles claims, but we will assist you as much as we can.
